I am Scott Bale and I enjoy working with clients of all fitness levels. I have a private gym in Dallas and I train clients one-on-one, as couples, groups, or teams. I am passionate about helping people feel better and improve their performance.
Poor movement and stiffness are not a result of getting older, they are a result of dysfunction. I specialize in finding the source of the problem, not necessarily where you feel it. I use a 60 - point movement assessment to find out where you have movement compensations and design a program to correct them. My goal is to teach you how to take care of yourself. Corrective Exercise has changed my life and I am confident that it can change yours.
